Photoshop Errors

I know this isn't really icon-related - but my Photoshop CS2 is acting flooey and I need help deciphering a couple errors I got when I tried opening the Photoshop Help Screen.


I click on Help and first this comes up:



And then this right after it:



It's been doing this awhile now, I just haven't gotten around to researching it. Hopefully fixing it doesn't require re-installing Photoshop, LOL. :)
