yeah, so this is my first, so kindly cut me some slack. =P

1. Crop your icon. 100x100



2. New fill layer. Fill it with #000040 and set it to Exclusion.



3. New Hue/Saturation layer.
Master: Saturation- +20
Reds: Saturation- +24



4. Add this texture  and set to screen.



and that's it! =]
