First, prepare your base.

1. Duplicate your base and set it to Screen. Raise/lower the opacity depending on your picture.

2. New Layer - #FFE1F8 - Color Burn 100%

3. New Adjustment Layer - Curves
RED = 130, 102 & 190, 200
GREEN = 99, 104 & 217, 211
BLUE = 45, 107 & 200, 178

4. New Layer - #FFE898 - Mulitply 20%-30%

5. New Layer - #98FFD0 - Color Burn 60%

6. New Adjustment Layer - Selective Color
RED = -29, +10, -8, +10
YELLOW = 0, 0, +50, -15
CYAN = +100, 0, 0, 0
MAGENTA = 0, +100, 0, +12
WHITE = +100, 0, -8, +5
NEUTRAL = +90, 0, -30, -5
BLACK = 0, 0, 0, +79

7. Duplicate base - bring to top - set to Soft Light 50%-100%
