Coloring Question:

I got this icon a while ago and the coloring on it is teh sex! So I tried to duplicate it (considering I didn't know who made it) and I've made progress but there's one part of the coloring I have not been able to duplicate ;__;

These are the two combined together:

As you can see the second one which is my take is brighter and also a different kind of color. There's a another step I'm sure of which makes it a little duller and blue-ish/green-ish kind of color. I've used selective coloring and a screen layer up to here but if you could help in anyway (feel free to take my icon and add stuff to it!) Thanks a bunch ^__^
