this is my first tutorial. i hope you like it:)

1. Duplicate your layer/icon (ctrl + j)

2. Go to Filter > Blur > Radial Blur
            Amount:           30
            Blur Method:             Spin
            Quality:            Best
    Then erase away so you can see the person

3. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective color
            Reds:                -100, +2, +100, 0
            Yellows:          -100, 0, -31, -22
            Neutrals:          +2, -18, -18, 0

4. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Brightness/Contrast
            Brightness:       +11
            Contrast:          +13

5. Layer > New Fill Layer > Solid Color
             Exclusion 77%
             #2D302A

6. Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Color Balance
            Midtones:        +10, 0, +10

7.  add a text if you wantJ
     i use Freestyle Script, 30pt
