Photoshop 7 - Looking for a scratch tutorial

Hey, I skimmed through the memories but I didn't see anything.

I use photoshop 7 and I'm looking for a tut to make like scratch brushes. I know there is one somewhere and I feel like a retard for asking but could someone link me to a tutorial like that?
