looking for a coloring tutorial

I am looking for a special coloring tutorial for this picture



I know someone made a tutorial for exactly this picture, but I can't find it anymore, it might be in some tutorial-lists.
The final look of this icon in the end is a bit lighter and you can see that there are some selective color layers within. Lucius lips for example look really red.
