Tutorial #05 - Vanessa Hudgens
Today we will learn how to achieve this coloring using PSCS2!
We'll be using Selective Color [sorry PS Users!],
Color layers, and Color Balance! 
02. SELECTIVE COLOR TIME!
Go to Layer >> New Adjustment Layer >> Selective Color.
Reds:
C: -70
M: +30
Y: -30
B: -10
Yellows:
C: -20
M: +10
Y: 0
B: +20
Neutrals:
C: +40
M: +13
Y: +10
B: +5
03. Go to Layer >> New Fill Layer >> Solid Color.
Use #acd0fa and set it to Color Burn, 100% opacity.
04. Go to Layer >> New Fill Layer >> Solid Color.
Use #fad0f1 and set it to Soft Light, 90% opacity.
05. Color Balance time!
Go to Layer >> New Adjustment Layer >> Color Balance.
Use these settings:
Shadows: +10, 0, -10
Midtones: -35, +45, -10
Highlights: 0, -10, -10
You can add brushes, textures & whatever you want to it. :)
