Includes: Color Balance.
then I croped it using 100x100 and it came out to look like this.then after cropping my base I duplicated it and made that screen at 100% [You can fiddle with the opacity if you picture is brighter than the one i have used]
after that, I made a new adjustment layer > color balance.Midtones100, 50, 100Shadows30, 100, 50
After, I copied the color balance layer and set it to overlay at 46%
then, I set a new raster later with the color #c4d5e0I set that at soft light 55% and wow! then I was done.
