1. set #6bfb90 to exclusion 18 percent
2. duplicate background and set to overlay 78 percent
3. go to layers new adjustment layer curves channel red and set
input: 82 output: 30
4. go to layers new adjustment layer brightness contrast
and set brightness to 5 contrast to 5
5. sharpen add text brushes etc your done!
