go from
this to this

1) crop your image then screen it as needed, i duplicated my base twice and screened 1 at 100% and the other at 55%(it should be pretty bright)
2) make a flood fill layer set to soft light and use a lavender colour, i used DDCAEB
3) make a colour balance layer and put in
m: -47, 4, -24
s: -18, 6, 13
h: 0, 0, 0
4) make another flood layer set to exclusion and use a black, mine was 00061B
5) make a hue/saturation layer and put in 25 saturation
6) make one last fill layer and set it to colour burn, use a light purpleish blueish or 818BD7
