1. Duplicate your base and set it to Screen 100% (play with the opacity a bit if it's too light for you).
2. Layer -- New Adjustment Layer -- Color Balance (Uncheck "Preserve Luminosity")
Midtones: -50 -20 +30
Shadows: -10 +40 +20
Highlights: +11 -10 -5
3. Layer -- New Adjustment Layer -- Selective Color (Check "Relative")
Reds: -77 +9 -1 -10
Cyans: +100 -8 -15 -10
Magentas: 0 +100 +100 +100
Neutrals: +35 0 -12 +5
4. Layer -- New Adjustment Layer -- Brightness/Contrast
Brightness: +8
5. Layer -- New Adjustment Layer -- Curves
Master Input/Output: 120, 118
6. Layer -- New Fill Layer -- Solid Color
Fill with #190115 and set to Exclusion 100%
7. Layer -- New Adjustment Layer -- Brightness/Contrast
Contrast: +8
8. Layer -- New Adjustment Layer -- Hue/Saturation
Master Saturation: +30
Master Lightness: +6
And voila!
