This should be simple , I use photoshop elements 5.0 , so this should be translatable.

Crop your base too 100x100.

1. Duplicate your base and set to screen.


2. Make a levels layer (New adjustment layer-levels) :

RBG- Input: 25-1.00-255 Output: 22-255
RED- Input: 140-1.00-255 Output: 22-255
BLUE- Input: 11-1.00-255 Output: 55-255
GREEN- Input: 33-1.00-255 Output: 0-255


3. Make a Hue/Saturation layer (New adjustment layer-hue/saturation):

Master : Set the saturation to +48 (This is based on your image)

4. Merge and done!!
