I really liked how this turned out so I thought I'd share!
This is my first tutorial so please bear with me!

This is sort of long, but like I said, it's my first time WRITING a tutorial so bear with me! The end result is pretty! <3

Adjust > Brightness & Contrast > Brightness & Contrast My settings are Brightness 10, Contrast 20.

Layers > New Raster Layer Set to multiply and flood fill with #fed824 at 42% opacity.

Layers > New Raster Layer Set to Exclusion and flood fill with #4049fc at 32% opacity.

Duplicate your base, bring to the top and set on Softlight at 58% opacity.

Layers > New Raster Layer Set to Softlight and flood fill with #bce9f4 at 100% opacity.

Layers > New Raster Layer Set to Multiply and flood fill with #f6e886 at 48% opacity.

Duplicate your base, bring to the top and set on Softlight 100% opacity.

Layers > New Raster Layer Set to Exclusion and flood fill with #405bfc at 20% opacity.

Duplicate your base, bring to the top and set on Softlight 46% opacity

Layers > New Raster Layer Set to Softlight and flood fill with #f5c9ef at 28% opacity.

Layers > New Raster Layer Set to Multiply and flood fill with #f6d380 at 50% opacity.

Layers > New Raster Layer Set to Exclusion and flood fill with #1100ee at 30% opacity.

Duplicate your base, bring to the top and set on Softlight at 22% opacity

Layers > New Raster Layer Set to Softlight and flood fill with #86f6f2 at 46% opacity.

Duplicate your base and set on Softlight at 56% opacity.

Layers > New Adjustment Layer

RBG

There are 3 Nodes: the bottom node (black) is at coordinates 0,0, the middle node is at coordinates 138,129, and the top node (white) is at 255,255.

Layers > New Adjustment Layer

RBG

There are 2 Nodes: the bottom node (black) is at coordinates 0,0 and the top node (white) is at 255,255.

RED

There are 3 Nodes: the bottom node (black) is at coordinates 0,0 the middle node is at coordinates 142,211, and the top node (white) is at 255,255.

GREEN

There are 3 Nodes: the bottom node (black) is at coordinates 0,0 the middle node is at coordinates 157,208, and the top node (white) is at 255,255.

BLUE

There are 3 Nodes: the bottom node (black) is at coordinates 0,0 the middle node is at coordinates 88,130, and the top node (white) is at 255,255.

Set this layer to Softlight at 24% opacity

Copy merged layers

Drag your original base to the top and leave on Normal at 100% opacity.

Paste your merged copy as a new layer

Set this layer to Hue at 100% opacity

Merge all and save!

. CTRL+L or Edit > Paste as New LayerCTRL+SHIFT+C or Edit > Copy Merged.
