1.Crop your image to 100 px - 100px.
2..Filter - sharpen - sharpen.
3.Dublicate your image two times and set first one to Overlay 100% and make this layer desature :>.And next image make Linear Dodge 30%.
4.Layer - New - Layer.Fill it with 33002b.And LIGHTEN.
5.Layer - New - Layer.Fill it with 91640d.COLOR BURN ; FILL 39.
6.Layer - New adjustment layer - color balance:
Midtones: -100 ; -100 ; -31.
7.Now.Dublicate your image ant bring it to the top.And set it to LIGHTEN : OPACITY: 30 - FILL: 80.
8.Layer - New adjustment layer - Levels:
Input levels: 0 ; 3,03 ; 255
9.Layer - New - Layer.Fill it with 010a29 and EXCLUSION.
10.Take this texture by ??? and set it to SOFT LIGHT.
11.Now put some brushes and you're done : >>>
