Hello

There was a post that was deleted and it was asking how to get a bright blue coloring as shown in the examples givin. The examples featured Kirsten Dunst as Marie Antoinette. And the post was made between September 5th - September 9th.
They looked Selective Colored, but the person was asking how the maker could of got them in PSP.

I was wondering if anyone knew the outcome of said post? I wish I had the examples but I can't find them in my temporary files.
