First Tutorial!
Hi! Im brand new to the world of LJ & Icon_Tutorial but here goes...

- Easy
Take your base
Duplicate it & the desaturate it -100
Adjust >> Hue/Saturation/Lightness >> -100
Then set it to soft light 100% opacity
Now duplicate this layer
Next put in a new raster layer & flood fill it with #0038b0
Set this to Exclusion at around 22% opacity
Now you make a new Brightness/Contrast adjustment layer
Layers >> New adjustment layer >> Brightness/Contrast
Set the brightness to -26 & the contrast to 7
Set this layer to screen 100% opacity
Finally, duplicate the Brightness/Contrast layer but change this one to luminance 100% opacity
Thats it! Feel free to have a play about with the opacitys depending on how your icon looks in each stage!
