First time so lets see how this goes :D

We're changing this:

In to this:

Made using PSP9
Involves levels, curves, channel mixers and alot of saturation tinkering
Quite a few steps

Start with your base and do whatever be needed, sharpen, lighten or darken
Mine seems fine so we'll just start with it the way it is.

Start with a Hue/Saturation/Lightness layer
And put in the following details.
MASTER: Saturations - +30
Hues - -33
And we get this:

Next make a Levels layer
Add the following details
Red: Input - 13, 0.75, 235
Green: Input - 0, 1.09, 247
Output - 0, 246
Blue: Input - 12, 1, 255
Output - 7, 243

Next a Channel Mixer layer
Reds - R 144 G -55 B 0
Greens - R 0 G 92 B 0
Blues - R -58 G 58 B 87

The rest is really about adjusting the colouring we've made.
I start by duplicating the base and bringing it to the top
Set this as Luminance (Legacy)
Then we have the contours of the original picture

I figured it was a bit too red so I added another Levels layer
But one could use lots of different methods if they wanted.
Still, here's what I did with the Levels layer
Red: Input - 25, 1.21, 240
Output - 25, 232
Green: Input - 25, 1.36, 250
Output - 0, 255
Blue: Input - 65, 1.36, 220
Output - 0, 255

Duplicated the base twice and brought them both to the top
Set the bottom one as Luminance (Legacy) and top one as Soft Light
I then added a final Hue/Satuaration/Lightness layer and just increased the Master saturation to +22

And that's it!
If you dont understand anything do ask, it's my first tutorial so I hope it's not too terrible
Credit and feedback are appreciated :D
