EXAMPLES
1. Prepare you icon. On the first two examples: i duplicated the base layer, set it to screen, sharpened it and set the opacity to 36%. Thats completly optional though :)
2. Layer>>New Adjustment Layer>>Curves.

3. Layer>>New Adjusment Layer>>Hue/Saturation.
SATURATION +23
That depends on your icon!
4. Layer>>New Adjustment Layer>>Color Balance
Midtones
+19, 0, +10
And then your done!
