Improving the quality of a screencapped image.
I searched through the memories and found nothing.
Basically, I want to make a graphic with this image. However, if you click to get the full-size, you'll see that the screencap is very grainy and just...low quality. How would I go about improving the way it looked - making it softer while still being clear?
