Animated Icons Not Replaying On Their Own

I have Animation Shop, and sometimes I make animated avies or just animated art and they don't replay themselves.

This one does replay itself:  


But this one doesn't:


I didn't do anything different while making either. Any help would be MUCH appreciated.
