HOW TO GO FROM THIS:

TUTORIAL:

1.Take your base and duplicate it.
2.Take the copy of your base and set it to screen at 62%
(depending on your picture)
3.Duplicate your base again and drag it to the top
4.Take the top player and set it to overlay 28%
(depending on your picture)
5.go to LAYERS......NEW ADJUSTMENT LAYER......SELECTIVE COLORING
6.Now a windo should pops up that says selective color options
set it to these settings

greens: 0%/100%/0%/100%
cyans: 100%/0%/-83%/64%
blues: 27%/0%/-39%/100%
whites: 0%/0%/0%/-83%

7.Again to go LAYERS.....NEW ADJUSTMENT LAYERS......HUE/SATURATION

saturation: 27

8.Go to LAYERS....NEW ADJUSTMENT LAYER.....COLOR BALANCE

color levels: 43/-28/-78

9.Go to LAYERS....NEW ADJUSTMENT LAYER..... PHOTO FILTER
now a window pops up and where it says filter (next to it) they should give your a selection
pick
cooling filter (80)
and set that to 55%

FINALLY!!!
you can add text or texture of your choosing or you can just leave it.
