Uses selective colouring
1. First, sharpen your base, or do whatever to ajust it.
2. Then go to Layer> New Adjustment Layer> Selective Colour
red: -43,0,+32, +56
yellow: -48,+42,+27, 0
green: 0, -22, 0, -2
blue: -100, 0, 0, -100
white: 0, +47, -25, +12
black: +31, +18, 0, 0
3. Duplicate your base and set it to Overlay 28%
4. Duplicate that same layer. Set this to Soft Light 100%
you can leave it like that if you're happy, but i added a few touches. =3
5. add this texture
(sorry, i forget who made it. If you know, please tell me ^^) and set it to Screen 80%. I had to rotate it to make it fit.
6. Add text, and you're done!
