So I'm using imageready to make an animated icon, I know all the steps and everything.
So I finished my icon, and it lookes very good in Imageready, but when I save it and open it as GIF, the moni-movie looks funny...

looks like this (I know it's big, but it still looks like that when I make it smaller)
(the colors look weird and they're faces like cartoonish or something)
I think it has to do with the optimization process, because when I open the double window, the original looks fine and the optimized looks like that, is there a way not to optimize it?? or to fix this??
