Start out with your base. I normally dont crop it until I'm done with editing the colour. But whatever works for you!

New Curves Layer:
I normally use Curves to make the base brighter and not have to do screen layers. It's just easier for me that way. :]
RGB:
Input: 137
Output: 181

New Selective Colour Layer:
Selective Colour is mainly used to edit the colour and then the forecolours of the main colour.
Reds: 100/0/0/0
Cyans: 100/0/-100/0
Blues: 100/0/-100/0
Neutrals: 78/0/-75/-25
Blacks: 0/0/0/23

New Selective Colour Layer:
Selective Colour is mainly used to edit the colour and then the forecolours of the main colour.
Reds: -100/0/0/0
Yellows: -100/0/0/0
Neutrals: -35/0/28/33
Blacks: 100/0/0/0

New Blank Layer:
This is just a normal layer that makes her skin tone look..less ghostly and more healthy/normal.
Open the layer.
Fill it with #8b572c.
Set the blend mode to DARKEN.
Set the opacity to 15% opacity.

Stamped layer:
Stamp your current image.
How to stamp:
Press down SHIFT + CTRL + E.
Set the stamped image blend mode on SOFTLIGHT.

You're pretty much finished unless you want the light fleck. :]

OPTIONAL LAYER:

Copy and paste this light fleck by xicontexturesx.
& Set to Screen!

And you're finished!!
