This is driving me insane. I'm trying to figure out how to get the text effect (the text on a line of colour over the background picture base) on this icon:







I've been fiddling around for ages trying to mimic the effect but I'm just getting nowhere. Again, I've looked through the memories here but couldn't find anything. If anyone could help me out I'd be grateful.

I'm using Photoshop CS3.
