How Did I...

Anyone have any ideas how I achieved the coloring on this picture? Yes, I know it's oversharpened, I just want the coloring. I have no idea what I did. I have PSP, so whatever it was it was achievable in that program. Here is the original, if that helps anyone figure it out.
