01. Duplicate base and set it to Burn 70%.
02. New Art Media Layer >> Canvas Texture >> Enable Fill Color #A9DCFD. Set to Color Legacy 33%.
03. New Art Media Layer >> Canvas Texture >> Enable Fill Color #808080. Set to Hue 37%.
04. Merge all. You're done!
