Mozilla - Saving Images

I use Mozilla Firefox and when I try to go and save icons or any images, I only have the option to save as 'Paint Shop Pro 7 Image'.

I tried deleting cookies and history and such, but it still saves as only that.

As anyone ever had this happen? Or does anyone have any other suggestions on how I can get it back to 'normal'?
