I first took this picture that I found on http://creative.gettyimages.com


I crop it and resize it to 100x100.


I duplicate the base and I set it to Screen 100%.


Then I duplicate my base again and I move it to the top and I set it Soft Light 100%


I make a new layer and fill it with #E4D8C3 (Light Tan) and I set it to Multiply 100%


I make one more new layer and fill it with #C3A570 (Dark Tan) and I set it to Overlay 38%



I duplicate my base one more time and move it all the way to the top and I set it Soft Light


And You Done!!
