code trouble

wanted to post my icons but for some reason the coding isn't working. The image doesn't show and instead I get just the codes. I've tried Tinypic and Imageshack, which worked fine before but now aren't.

I've tried with every code they give me and none of them are bringing up my icon. :[ 

What am I doing wrong?
