Simple tut.
Well,I don't know what to do,so I'm going to make you a tut of icon.

So.Let's make icon.
1.Take your base.I took this and cropt it.
2.Sharp it and make your base.
3.Duplicate your base and set it to screen 100%.If your icon is bright,make Opacity to 20-50%.
4.Make new layer and fill it with # fffc1a.And set it to Soft light.
5.Open Selective color [Layer>New Adjustment layer>Selective color].
And set it like this:
Reds: -100;+100;+100;+100.
Yellows: -20;0;-23;0.
Neutrals : +28;-44;-79;+53.
6.Layer>New Adjustment layer>Hue/Saturation and make Saturation +30.
7.Take this texture and set it to screen.Sharp it if you want.And duplicake it 3 times and paste where ever you want.
8.Take this and set it to screen.Looks nice,huh?
9.Now...Write some words and yes,we are done with our icon.
