This coloring works best with images with mainly blue, pink or purple original coloring.

Open you image crop i sharpen it, whatever you want to do.
Duplicate the base and set it to screen 100%, depending on the darkness of your icon you may wish to repeat this step. I duplicated mine onece.


Duplicate your base again and drag it to the top and set it to Multiply 100%.


Go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Curves
RED:
Point One
Input 194
Output 232
Point Two
Input 255
Output 255


Make a new fill layer and flood with #0a2342 and set to Exclusion


Go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Hue/Sat and set the master Saturation to +14


Now for the selective coloring, woho

magenta +50
yellow +20
black -40

YELLOWS:
cyan +100
magenta _20
yellow -20
black +20

CYANS:
cyan +100
magenta +100
yellow +100

BLUES:

magenta 0

Make another fill layer and flood with #ba99ce and set to Softlight 100%


Go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Color Balance

The next two layer are opinonal depending on your image

Duplicate you base and drap to the top and set to SoftLight 50%


Duplicate your base again and drag to the top and set to Lighten 100%
