Question: Selective Coloring in PSP

I'm addicted to icons that have gone through a heavy selective coloring layer, such as these:
The tutorials I find on this effect are all in Photoshop form. I have Paint Shop Pro XI , and can't seem to
find the 'selective coloring' in my adjustment layer selections anywhere. Is there any way to imitate these?
