So...anyone have any idea how to get the soft, glowy effect like in this icon:

It's doesn't even have to evolve the glow. :-) Just the soft. I'm thinking it's a couple of hard light layers with a white layer underneath, but I'm not sure...there's a smoothness to it that hard light will sometimes make grainy.

Psst - I'm using Photoshop.
