Help!

I know it's mainly a PSP thing, but can someone please do a tut for PS7 for the pinwheel animation? I've been trying for the last 3 days to figure it out and haven't been able to. (maybe just a bad week. >.<) I would be so utterly grateful! And yes, i know there is one for Animation Shop and PSP, but I have neither. Any help at all would be appreciated.
