Animated Pixel Icons
I have a lot of pretty icon backgrounds like this one from 
ladystardust_xs .
What I can't figure out is how to add text to them, and not mess up the animation. I can't figure out how to get the text on a transparent layer, while the animation is still going on underneath. I want to make something like my default icon, and something similar to this one bykankissu2 . I use PSP9, and Animation Shop 3.
Also, if anyone can explain how I would get the pretty outline of 'Lynn', and how to make text look like that, I would be greatful. I've looked around for similar text effects on still icons, but all of them are for people with PS. PSP doesn't have the same features, as far as I can tell, so everything I try looks very, very wrong.
