1. Duplicate the base once & set it to screen at 80.
2. Add a color balance layer (Layers>New Adjustment Layer>Color Balance) with the following settings:
Midtones: 32, 35, 100
Shadows: -40, 21, -12
Highlights:30, 23, 0
3. Add a new raster layer (Layers>New Raster Layer) and fill it with this color: #c7fac0(a shade of light green) and set it to softlight at 35.
4. Add another new raster layer and fill it with this color: #090737(a shade of dark blue) & set it to exclusion at 70.
5. Add a Hue/Saturation/Lightness layer (Layers>New adjustment layer>Hue/Saturation/Lightness) and set the saturation to 45.
6. Once that is done Merge all the layers (Layers>Merge>Merge all/flatten) & your done.
