Animations

Hi, I've just joined and I was wondering how I could go about making these type icons?



I use Photoshop Elements 5, JASC Paint Shop Pro (I have 7 and 9), and I have JASC Animation Shop3. I also use VLAN to play all my movies and tv shows. I hope this helps. (I also have Gadwin PrintScreen)
