I rarely ask questions here (Normally I don't need too -.-) but I'm working on a picture for my friend and I just can't get it to look right. So I need some help please <3
I was trying to just pretty up a picture for her and it came out like this:
and I like it except his face is well aharsh contrast to the rest of the picture if you know what Imean and when I try to make it brighter for a icon I came out with this: 
And the larger picture is too grainy, running over it with the blur tool on 100% isn't cutting it, so I despeckled it but it was too blurry and sharpening wasn't compensating for the blurry effect of the despeckle.
Ideas?
