Changing the Color of Light Textures
Program used: Photoshop Elements 5.0
Number of steps: Six
Level of difficulty: Easy
1. Open this texture (made by
wicked_enough) or your own light texture.
2. Go to "Layer", scroll down to "New Fill Layer", and click on "Solid Color".
3. Choose whatever color you want. (For the blue I used #3993AA and for the orange I used #E77111.)
4. Change the blending mode to "Color".
5. Experiment! Try out different colors for the fill layer and play with the opacity or even the blending mode.
6. Once you're satisfied, save the file to your computer and you're done!
