I was just wondering if anyone here could possibly edit an animated icon I have that is over 40 kb for lj?

I would do it myself, but my computer will not let me save things as anything but bmp. So I don't know how to get it onto image ready.

If you can help, with either the icon, or how to get your computer to not save everything as bmps, that would be really great. :)
