Emma Watson Banner Tutorial
I'm going to show you how to make this banner. It's a really simple tutorial and I used Photoshop Elements to make it, so just about everyone should be able to.
We're going to be making this:
1.I used this picture(thanks to iheartwatson.net)
2.I resized it to 350 pixels x 582 pixels
3.I opened up a new file sized 300 x 250 and pasted my picture in it.
4.Then I moved my picture around until I found the position I liked it in.
5.Copy your base and set it as Screen 100%.
6.Copy it again and set it as Soft Light 50%
7.Create a New Layer and fill it #010155. Set it as Exclusion 100%.
8.Merge all layers together.
9.Open up a new file sized 360 pixels x 310 pixels.
10.Copy your merged image into the new file and select all.
11.Go to edit and select stroke. Set it as 30 px and white.
Now you're all done! You can change it up a few ways to make it better. If it's a light image, don't do the screen at the beginning. You can also add another layer of the base and set it as soft light after step 7. Hope this helps!
