HELP!

I made my first moving icon with Adobe ImageReady, but when I saved it it saved it as a psd. image that opens with Photoshop. It wont let me upload the icon to Photobucket and I can't convert the file on zamzar =/

So how do I save the icon?
And better yet could someone make the icon for me I'll creidt you.
