Problem with Brushes in PSP. *SOLVED*

I use PSP9 and I just downloaded a set of brushes but whenever I want to use them, they end up at an angle like this:



I didn't change the rotation before I used the brush. I've never had this problem before and it's only happening with this set of brushes, all the others are working fine. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can fix this?
