Questions Regarding Animation Shop 3.10

I apologize in advance if my questions can be found in the Memories, but I'll be away for a few days or so, I'm pressing for time. I ask:..

I do know that you can make an animation of a video in AS, just open it in its video format form (mpg, wmv etc) now what I want to know is how do you resize an animation to 100 x 100? I am new to AS, and the only reason why I use AS as opposed to IR is because I can't get IR to "work" (opening a video like AS, anyone knows why?). My questions again:

#1. How do you resize/fit an animation to a 100 x 100?
#2. Anyone know how to animate a video in IR without capping it frame by frame, just like AS?
