Anyway, does anyone know how to achieve that pixel-like look? I've been trying to find out for hours, with patterns and such. I'm completely lost. Help? :(

EDIT >> I don't think it's the "dithering" effect, because I've tried it. Or maybe i'm doing it wrong? By the way, I am using Paint Shop Pro 6. Many thanks in advance. :)
