Ack! Help! T.T! 
I love icons soo damn much...I've alway sat back in envy and watched beautiful work like this

I have PSP8 and Photoshop 5 and 9 (Although I can only use 5 until I get more RAM for my PC) 
How can I get my text to have that kind of outlining?! I've been wracking my brain and it never makes sense!
