Shinrei Manga Tutorial

This is a little something I threw together this afternoon. Hope it helps some of you! It's done in Photoshop 7, I have no idea how translatable it is, having never used PSP. It also helps very much to have a graphics tablet for this tutorial, though it is possible with a mouse.
