Screen it twice. Set one screen layer to 41, and the other to 21
New Adjustment Layer: Curves
RGB (one point):
Input: 79
Output: 142
Set that so Softlight and change the Opacity to 40
New Raster layer: Exculsion. Fill with #0d0741
New Raster Layer: Softlight: Fill with #ffb5fa and set the opacity to 68
New Raster Layer: Burn: Fill with #d7e7d7
New Adjustment Layer: Curves
Green(first point):
Input: 197
Output: 189
(second Point)
Input: 102
Output: 122
Blue (first Point):
Input: 203
Output: 182
(second point)
input: 123
Output: 117
Set that layer to Softlight: Opacity 80
New Adjustment layer: Hue/Saturation/Lightness
Master: Saturation = 37
(on this Hue Saturation layer, you can up the Blue saturation on some images it looks cool but not on all of them)
